St. Cloud drivers may need to find an alternative route beginning Wednesday. The City Engineer’s Office is announcing that University Drive from Kilian Boulevard to 9th Avenue South will be closed due to paving of the new roundabout Wednesday through Thursday.

Pedestrians and bikers will be able to use the University Bridge sidewalks to cross the river. The road work will be completed by Friday, a week ahead of schedule. Detours for motorists will be posted.
