On Friday night St. Cloud Police were called to University Drive near the SCSU walk bridge. A 20 foot chunk of concrete had fallen off the walk bridge and landed onto University Drive.

After assessing the walk bridge, University Drive from 5th Avenue to Kilian Boulevard had been closed to through traffic and drivers were asked to find alternate routes.

No vehicles or pedestrians were stuck when the concrete fell and the road was re-opened.
