“Safe and successful” is what St. Cloud Police are calling the St. Cloud State Homecoming weekend. In all, 224 citations were issued for a total of 251 violations. The violations include 151 underage consumption violations, 45 open containers, 10 disorderly conducts, 6 drug possessions, 6 public urination violations, and 2 DWI’s. The Stearns County Jail booked 26 people in relation to Homecoming weekend.
