Autopsy Results Revealed For Body Found In Harris Channel

Final autopsy results revealed for man found in Harris Channel near Highway 10 in June.
According to the Sheirff’s report, on June, 7th the Benton County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a car crash that had occurred on the Highway 10 Bridge over the Harris Channel in Watab Township. The investigation revealed that 59-year-old Thomas Theisen of Sartell was a passenger in a vehicle that came to a stop on the highway after colliding with the guard rail on the bridge. By the time officers arrived on the scene, Theisen could not be located.
On June, 8th Theisen’s body was recovered from the Harris Channel near the Highway 10 Bridge.
The autopsy released on Friday revealed that the cause of death was fresh water drowning.
