Archived: Graduation Rolls Around Again For Nearly 1,100 Students

Spring just began and the semester is winding down, so that can only mean one thing for the students near the end of their degrees.

St. Cloud State University Commencement is back and will feature nearly 1,100 undergraduate and graduate students. The star studded line up of speeches will feature president of Binhai College, Nankia University Zhang Dongsheng will deliver the address, and Mary Kate Dougherty will deliver the student address at 10:30 a.m.

The 3 p.m. ceremony will be College at Brockport president Heidi MacPherson for the guest address and Sruthi Shankar for the students. Offering degrees will be interim president Ashish Vaidya and greetings will be brought by Mayor Dave Kleis.

Commencement will be on May 4, at 10:30 a.m. or 3 p.m. inside the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center.
