A Level 3 Sex-offender has moved to the 1100 block of 10th Street Southeast. 31-year-old Jarome Lamont Webb moved in on June 11 and has a history of sexual battery and sexual assault. A level three sex offender is one that is most likely to be a repeat offender.

Sex offenders are required by the Community Notification Act to register with local law enforcement when they move. Anyone with questions regarding this person can contact the St. Cloud police at 345-4444.
