Road Closures On Highway 22 Start Next Tuesday

Drivers will experience detours, flaggers and delays on Highway 22 between Richmond and Eden Valley starting on Tuesday, August 7th.
Highway 22 will be closed from Hutcheson Avenue to Stearns County Road 9 until Wednesday, August 15th. After that re-opens, Highway 22 will be closed from Stearns County Road 9 to Highway 23. Detours will be posted for both of these closures. All lanes will re-opens by the end of September if weather is permitting.
The closures are needed as crew replaces pipes beneath the road and resurface, repair and improve the nine miles of Highway 22.
