St. Cloud Police Respond To Unknown Emergency Call

On Thursday night St. Cloud Police were called to the 100 block of 24th Avenue North for an unknown emergency.
Upon arriving officers met with the 50-year-old woman victim who said she had been assaulted by her husband, 49-year-old Luther Berryhill. The victim reported minor injuries and refused an ambulance.
Berryhill was taken to the Stearns County jail where he is being held on charges of domestic assault by strangulation and interference with a nine one one call
