St. Cloud State University has cancelled evening class for today due to the winter weather conditions.

The National Weather Service says much of this snow will fall within a 4 hour window with snowfall rates within the band expected to between one and two inches per hour. Snow is beginning to taper off from west to east and will continue to throughout the afternoon and into early evening.
