St. Cloud Police officers were called to the St. Cloud Hospital after a man said he was stabbed with a knife in his home.

St. Cloud Police Sergeant Jason Burke says the 33-year-old St. Cloud man was being treated for stitches after he had been assaulted.

Police arrested a suspect, 30-year-old Casandra Lee Schlottman, on 7th Street North Tuesday morning.

Sergeant Burke says a search warrant was issued at the victim’s home in the 700 block of 24th Avenue North. Police found evidence related to the assault, including the knife that was used.

Schlottmann is currently being held in the Stearns County Jail on 2nd degree and domestic assault charges.
