Halloween night brought more than costumes and candy this year, especially if you were one of the 77 people pulled over during the CRASH Task Force DWI saturation. The enforcement area focused on Highway 23 and County Road 75 from the Mississippi River in Saint Cloud to I-94 in St. Joseph.

Police wrote out 33 tickets and made six arrests. Five of these arrests were for DWI’s and one was for a Narcotics violation.
