Women On Wednesday Will Talk About Guns and Domestic Violence

The next Women on Wednesday speaker at St. Cloud State University will talk about the relation of men, guns and domestic violence.

University Spokeswoman Anna Kurth says Kari Mugo will speak remotely from Nairobi, Kenya about the mold of masculinity with guns in domestic violence homicides. Mugo is an activist who writes about issues on feminism, identity, intersectionality, travel and arts.

The next presentation will be on March 14, at noon in the Atwood Theatre. The event is free and open to the public.
