This is an “Only in Minnesota Story” as the National Weather Service has canceled a state wide tornado drill due to an April Blizzard.

The NWS has officially canceled Thursdays test Tornado Warnings citing matters of public safety. With blizzard warnings in effect across the state the NWS says we need to focus on the storm at hand.
