The Stearns County Board of Commissioners has filled the top position in the County’s Highway Department. Jodi Teich will serve as the County’s new Engineer. Teich has worked for the Stearns County Highway Department since 1999, where she served as the Assistant County Engineer. Beginning Wednesday, Teich will assume her position as County Engineer. She replaces Mitch Anderson, who retired from the position in early January.
