A Semi-Truck went into the ditch early Wednesday morning when it swerved to miss a deer.

According to Minnesota State Patrol Sergeant Jesse Grabow, Randall Roth, 56 year-old from Lake Lillian, MN, was traveling north on Highway 9 when he saw a deer on the road. He swerved to miss the deer and rolled into the ditch on his passenger side. He was trapped inside, until the Benson Fire department cut him out.

Roth went to the St. Cloud Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
