Two people were taken to the Stearns County Jail after police cracked down on traffic laws. On Monday the St. Cloud Police Department held a special traffic enforcement at various locations in the city. Between 1:00 and 6:00 p.m. police issued 26 citations and 16 warnings for violations including speeding and careless driving. Two arrests were made, one with a warrant and one for driving after their license was revoked for being a danger to public safety.
