Road construction in the Seberger Neighborhood is causing many St. Cloud road closures.

The City Engineer’s office says the following streets are closed due to a public improvement project to fix public utilities and streets.

19th, 19 and a half, and 20th Avenue North are all closed from 3rd Street North to Cooper Avenue North. Fourth Street North is closed from Cooper Avenue North to 21st Avenue North. The City of St. Cloud also says that Cooper Avenue North from Third to Fourth Street North will stay closed.

These streets are included in Area B in the Seberger Improvement Project. The City plans to utilize 21st Avenue North crossing Third Street North as a main access for residents as much as possible.

The closures will last until approximately mid September.
