Attention Sauk Ness Monster, you just may be spotted this weekend! The Friends of Sauk River Annual Cleanup and Sauk Ness Monster Hunt are being held this Saturday, June 4th from 10:00 a.m. until noon. The event begins at River’s Edge Park located between 10th Ave North and 3rd Street North in Waite Park, just north of the Parkwood 18 Cinema.

Volunteers are asked to wear sturdy footwear and bring a pair of work gloves. Trash bags will be provided and volunteers under the age of 18 must have release co-signed by their parents or guardians. Food and beverages will be available after the clean-up along with a drawing for free rain-barrel kits while supplies last.
