Early Wednesday morning St. Cloud Police issued 23 tickets for failure to leave a party, 19 tickets for underage drinking and one ticket for possession of drug paraphernalia.

The incident took place around 12:15 a.m. when officers responded to a complaint of a loud party at 1212 Washington Memorial Drive in St. Cloud. After refusing to cooperate, police obtained a search warrant to enter the apartment. 19-year-old Tory Wells Sachitti, one of the two renters at the apartment 

and 24-year-old Stephen Lynn Anderson were arrested on charges of social host and loud party.
