"American Spirit" is the theme for a free Veteran’s Day concert Thursday at SCSU.  The concert is set for 7 PM Thursday at Ritsche Auditorium in Stewart Hall.

The Minnesota National Guard 34th Infantry Division Red Bull Band, who returned to Minnesota in early Minnesota after duty in Basra, Iraq, will be performing. Also scheduled to perform are the Minnesota Windfest Symphony, which is made up of area high school students, and the St. Cloud State University Wind Ensemble.

Two SCSU students will be premiering their music to the public with Jon Laflamme’s "American Veteran," and Joe Schweigt’s "The Free and the Brave" making their debuts at the concert.
