A man is facing assault charges after allegedly trying to hit a staff member in a hospital emergency room Thursday night. St. Cloud Police were called to the St. Cloud Hospital ER just after 10 p.m. for a report of damaged property.

Police say 43-year-old Jorge Ozornia of Sauk Rapids tried to hit a staff member but broke a laptop computer instead. Ozornia was taken to the Stearns County Jail where he facing a 4th degree assault charge.
