After nearly five months of searching, authorities arrested a St. Joseph woman for an alleged assault that took place in mid-June. 32-year-old Karra Lynn Andrews of St. Joseph was arrested by US Marshals in Texas earlier this week. The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office says after the alleged assault this summer, Andrews left the state with her infant son, moving back and forth between Louisiana and Texas. US Marshals arrested her near Mount Pleasant, Texas. Her infant son was placed in protective custody and is now with his father. Andrews will be taken back to Stearns County for court on her outstanding warrants.
